Onkel Dunkel may be known to some as Monno Wurtz from Grapes of Wrath (Parvati Records.) Created in 2003, the Onkel Dunkel project was in hiatus mode until 2005, when it slowly but surely worked it's way from imagination to realization. In 2007, Onkel Dunkel released material. He finds inspiration in everything, sound sources of all manners, and above all else, in his love of organic synth sounds and electronics. Onkel Dunkel is mostly recognized for his twisted night dark-psy, but he's also started to produce "chillout-ish" sounds, releasing a track on a free album in 2008, on Zealotry Music.
